Search polypeptide sequences by name, length, description or GO term. Note that

  • the query operator for text fields is "contains" so for example searching for "kallikrein" in the description field will find descriptions such as "kallikrein-11 isoform 1" and "plasma kallikrein".
  • the ancestors of GO terms are included in the query so that a search for a general term e.g."response to nicotine" will succeed if a more specific descendent (e.g. "behavioural response to nicotine") is found
  • AM sequence names begin with "m" (e.g. "m.531277") and QUT sequence names begin with "qm" e.g. "qm.332612"
